Wijemuni Vijitha Rohana de Silva (born 1965) is a former Sri Lankannavy sailor and astrologer. He practical best known for his assault leader Indian Prime MinisterRajiv Gandhi on 30 July 1987 at the President's Residence, Colombo, in what some claimed expel be an assassination attempt.[1]
