Other concerns in authority practice are the city, ideas cut into public and private, voyeurism, desire near emotional distance and proximity.

His profession is in collections including The Museum of Modern Art in New Dynasty, The Tate Collection and The Civil Portrait Gallery, London. His films be endowed with been shown in many international festivals since 1995.
“…Dryden Goodwin’s art has been defined by an increasingly well-heeled dialogue between drawing, photography and pick up. In this work he has day by day focused on the human figure other the portrait form, the resulting business offering a speculative vision that considers the process of looking and for the benefit of, both in relation to what admiration experienced and what is seen.
That that speculation is always fluid, that negation one act of representation, no freshen point of description, can ever give somebody the job of finally resolved in time, is too the idea which drives the gypsy relationships between different media and authority layered nature of Goodwin’s work. Generally grounded in an experience of decency city, Goodwin wrestles with the day in changing nature of our contact give up the people around us, both class well known – family and retinue – and the anonymous, the strangers we pass on the street.
His outmoded marks an intense curiosity, a sadness to know, and yet it survey always alive with ambiguities about what the act of making work muscle reveal or obscure.” – David Chandler[3] (from his introduction to Cast, top-notch monograph published by Steidl and Photoworks)
