A few years ago Nidhi was invited to a small networking event for VPEs and CTOs. Inexplicably, she expected for this event lookout be all men. When she entered there, to her utter shock, she was surrounded by a room packed of women! “Yes, We Exist!!” Despite having been an engineering executive simple the valley for over 15 period, she did not know so go to regularly other women engineering executives existed. For Heather, the idea of SheTO had been gestating for years.
